Congratulations Lindsay Harrison, IMH-E®, Infant Family Associate!

Lindsay Harrison has been a Lead Toddler Teacher since 2019 and is certified by the North American Montessori Center (NAMC) in Infant and Toddler (0–3) education. Guided by Montessori principles, she creates nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments where children can explore, connect, and grow with confidence and joy. Lindsay values strong partnerships with families and believes in honoring each child’s natural curiosity, independence, and rhythm of development.

"I pursued the NCIMHA IFA Endorsement to strengthen my understanding of early development and to ensure I’m providing the highest quality care and education for the toddlers in my classroom. The process gave me an opportunity to reflect deeply on my teaching practices, clarify my philosophy, and connect what I know about child development to what I do every day.

Earning this Endorsement has increased my confidence and sense of purpose as an educator. It’s helped me be more intentional in how I support each child’s growth and how I collaborate with families and colleagues. Overall, the experience has renewed my commitment to creating warm, responsive environments where young children can thrive"
